Speaking has been a tremendously beneficial activity for my business. I find it fun, but it's nice when you leave with business as well.
Karl goes through every step of the process for you to strategically plan and executive your speaking "career".
I have a book around 300-pages and this book just under 100. I have to say: this is the one that strikes me as something you can pick up and take action on without getting lost in the weeds. You have all the information you need and none of the extra fluff.
If you own an agency, or a similarly operated business, I'd recommend you give this a read and figure out who in your team will be the speaker!
